Homework S8

The scorching sun was burning me like a oven, I trudged along breaking everything under my feet. I could feel the fresh breeze wafting up my nose when suddenly I heard a rumble in the distance, Everything around me was grey and black. Leaves, trees, sticks, everything. I was walking along the colorful ground. The tall green trees were looking down on me as if I was an ant.

I started to turn around but a vine got under me and tripped me causing me to tumble down. I landed with a big thump my arm landed on a spiky plant Ouch I cried in pain. Black and red blood ran down my arm. I wiped the blood off but it kept pouring out.
I sighed as I got up and dusted myself off. I turned around and searched for another path.

I keeped on walking until I found shelter. A second later a dark forest  caught my little hazel eyes, everything around me was blurry, my heart was pounding as fast as it could, boom boom boom 100 beats a minute. I nearly fainted but then I saw a old rusty sign leading to the river.  At that point I saw an unusual man coming towards me, making me feel unsafe and shy. I asked him where I was, he did not reply I could see a badge on the right side of his body Spelt Michael, I thought to myself that must be his name.

  1. Hi Kayla. Did you really write this piece? I hope so, because it's both thoughtful and engaging.
